in outside of the supermarket, there is a large number of applicants come for this job. Now the interview start for the sales manager post may come many out but there is one guy however it comes into the interview cabin when he sits in front of the interviewer. the interviewer said please show your CV/resume he said I don't have it interviewer felt that something going wrong and the interviewer asked to tell me something about his education and the person say I m 10th fail.

As the interviewer hear this and can't control their anger and he says that why do you come here if you don't have any degree this job is not for please go.

That person says sir please give me just 2min of your and listen to me just please interviewer says ok sit tell me ..sir, what do you want in your supermarket that there would want a sales increase or a degree?

The interviewer says yes I want to increase my sales.

the person sir I have much belief on me that I can bring more sales than other people from where ever they educate I bring more sales than them.. just me a 15days if my sales would not good than you don't have to pay me you just do that fire me from the job I have skills that I would do a great job for sales just give me time in your store.

The interviewer agrees with the conditions and says We join tomorrow.

within 10days of sales, 60% of the interviewer/owner who gave this job to that person want to stay with the salesperson 1 day and want to see how he do this.

that person is selling a fishing rod to an old man the most expensive fishing sold he sold to this old man after that the old man was going out of the store after they pay the bill.

the person who 10th fail to call the old man that sir please come here you get the rod and you need food as well to catch fish and old man says oh yes yes I need this too it was already 2000 dollar bill old man pay and now the food 300 dollars more and now the old man going again and the 10th fail again say sir excuse me you get these items but you also need a basket .. here I can show you some basket that you would love it in this basket you keep the fishes than for two days fishes won't spoil.. they old man also get this basket now the bill of the basket is 600 dollar and the total bill the old man pay is 2900 dollar the
